By using eliteuniverse.com.np or booking a course with Elite Universe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enrol.

We train barista, bakery, and sushi skills at our Birtamode, Dhulabari, and Damak campuses. Fees, durations, and inclusions are confirmed when you book — prices shown on the site can change until we lock your seat.

You may browse course information, gallery pages, and contact details for personal, non-commercial use. Do not scrape the site aggressively, attempt to break into Studio or admin tools, or misuse published phone numbers for spam.

Content on the site (copy, photos, logos, course descriptions) belongs to Elite Universe or our licensors. Ask before reusing it for ads or another school’s marketing.

Seats are confirmed after we agree on craft, campus, timing, and payment on WhatsApp or in person. A seat is not guaranteed by an unanswered message alone.

Payment terms (deposit, full payment, or instalments) are stated at booking. Keep your receipt or chat confirmation. Refunds, transfers to another batch, or course switches follow the written or chat agreement we give you when you pay — ask before you pay if anything is unclear.

Arrive on time, follow kitchen and station safety instructions, and treat equipment, staff, and other students with care. We may refuse or end training for unsafe behaviour, harassment, or repeated disruption, with any fee outcome handled under the booking agreement for your intake.

Internship and job guidance are support services, not a guaranteed hire. Placement depends on your attendance, skill level, and partner openings.

Tell instructors about allergies, injuries, or limits that affect knife work, hot equipment, or food handling. Training involves real kitchens; residual risk remains even with supervision.

To the extent allowed under Nepal law, Elite Universe is not liable for indirect losses (for example lost wages or travel costs) arising from site outages, class reschedules due to events outside our control, or outcomes after internship introductions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will revise the date on this page when we do. Material changes to an active enrolment are communicated on the channel we used to book you.
